Mo Fall Color

This tree at the National Arboretum caught my eye. Off by itself blazing red/orange.

I just saw this tree walking to my car the other day. This is probably the last of the fall colors as most of the leaves were blown off over the last few days. Time for snow shots please.

Chinese Bonsai

While at the National Arboretum there China exhibit was closed for the day. I took this picture through the glass. I guess Bonsai isn't a Japanese thing like I assumed.

Beanstalk

This is the way this tree/vine looked when we went to The National Arboretum at the end of October.

This is how it looked two weeks later. It was hard to get a good picture because it is tall and wide.

The sun got in this one more then I wanted so I altered it and, as usual, I like what it turned into.

Fall on Newton Street NW DC

Beautiful color on Newton and Brown St.s NW Washington DC. I've lived here twelve years. Ive never seen color like this in the city. Or at least in my neighborhood.

Mini Forests

I had never seen Bonsai trees in bunches like this before my trip to The National Arboretum. It felt like looking down on a forest from the clouds.

Recovered

Lenny is all healed up from his surgery. And cancer free. What a blessing. This is him hiding from the surgeon on our last visit.
